Description: Offered at my asking price is a refurbred & freshly calibrated low hours Tek 2467B scope, with TV sync, Frequency Counter, and GPIB options, serial B052398, with 60 days guaranty, that has seen only 796 hours of use (equivalent to half a year). I will send you the instruction book pdf once I have your email which we can't exchange until after you buy some/any/thing from me on ebay. GPIB option is fairly useless on analog scopes, but the frequency counter is quite useful. The Tv sync option is useful to video engineers. The Tek 2467B is the image intensifying version of the 2465B which was the last and best performing (4 channels 400MHz) portable analog scope Tek made (1989-1996), so you can't get any better! It is ideal for looking at low rep rate fast transients and detecting infrequent jitters (if you don't look at such demanding signals you can save by getting my 2465B). It is also the last series Tek made to be repairable. Years from now 2467Bs could still be active while their less repairable, younger (SMT populated, without published schematics) digitizing relatives get tossed out. It cost new $15000 but you can now get it for just a tiny fraction, working just fine from me. I choose to work on 2400s because they were the last repairable scopes Tek made. 2400s are my specialty, so mine shall arrive working correctly, whether you're buying just 1 or several to outfit an entire lab or classroom. Please keep in mind if buying another's 2467B that chances are, regardless of price, almost certain theirs will have problems (I know, I buy them too) regardless of how seller presents it... can't expect those selling for less to have had even their aging Li battery, let alone other failing parts replaced. As reliable as 2400s are, there are many out there with close to 100 thousand hours, enough time to have accumulated multiple problems, which you don't want. This is why mine justifiably cost more than others'. Getting a non-DOA guaranty from another seller misses the point that consuming electricity is not the same as working correctly. Those who say "pulled from a working environment" are hinting it quit (if you miss subtle hints or codes). Those who say "passes self tests" do not understand self test does not check signal path, but rather processor's memory. Photos were taken on unit offered here. First shows hours (went 1 higher during cal). 2nd shows risetime capability of CH1. 3rd shows same for CH2. 4th shows a 2.5Vpp 6Mhz sine into CH1. 5th shows frequency raised to 500Mhz without altering source amplitude where upper bandwidth lies, Note freq counter is only specd to 150Mhz so have to use cursers to measure frequency. 6th shows a 1Mhz tick mark train displayed and counted accurately. 7th shows cursers on same train showing 8uS separation between highlighted marks. 8th shows same in dual timebase mode with faster running 10X faster than slower. 9th shows counter still works at 200Mhz despite being specd only to 150. 10th shows a 2Vpp 1Khz signal into CH2 displayed and measured correctly by cursers. 11th shows same 2Vpp signal into CH1 after scope being asked to auto-measure volts. 12th shows a video staircase (gray scale). 13th shows an ntsc color bar signal. 14th shows triggering on selected line 19 which is called the VIR line, containing a yellow signal. 15th shows same but on even rather than odd field where first active line is only a half line. All this is only possible with the Tv sync option. 16th shows rear… Please make sure Ebay has your current correct ship-to address before you pay, as that is where I must send item. Mistakes are costlier to fix after you pay, and I cannot offer refunds, but only store credit. Please, if in doubt, ask questions before paying. If you are outside USA, shipping by public Airmail is not available since it does not satisfy Ebay tracking and delivery confirmation requirements. We can use DHL, FEDEX, or UPS (Fedex usually gives me lowest rates) and Ebay's calculator is often greatly wrong not in your favor... Can ask me for a quote (and please include address) or to have it travel on your account with any of the 3 by selecting "local pickup" option. I have nothing to do with the requirement by many of the 50 States to have Ebay collect sales tax for them. I do not collect sales tax for any other State on my own sales. If you are outside California and don't feel like paying a large sales tax, buy some/any/thing cheap(er) from me first (eg: a probe or a pouch) and a workaround will present itself. Buy more INCENTIVE: I will offer you a 13% DISCOUNT on subsequent items you buy from me. You may want to buy something cheaper from me first (eg: a probe, or a front cover, or a top pouch) to save 13% on this item (and the sales tax if you are outside California). Sequence matters, and once you buy 1 of my cheaper items please indicate you want the discount on the scope and I'll enable it for you. LOCAL PICKUP INCENTIVE: If you're within driving distance and are willing to pick up from me, I will add a Tek scope cart FREE (impractical to ship). HURRY INCENTIVE: If you pay my asking price today, I will add a Tek 400MHz FREE. You may want to buy a probe first to save 13% or more on the scope and wind up with 2.
