Description: Louis Erard x Konstantin Chaykin Le Régulateur 39mm 85248AA89 You'll probably know Konstantin Chaykin from his now iconic Wristmon series, with their unique take on time telling in a whimsical, and frankly very cool, manner. These amazing watches are in very high demand with years long wait lists, and thus quite an expensive proposition on the secondary market. To help bring his creations to the masses, he has now teamed up with Louis Erard to create a unique series of pieces that are enough to give your kids nightmares for years to come! The regular Le Regulateur splits the hour, minute and seconds into three distinct registers. For the Chaykin series, he takes inspiration from Lykho, a mythological figure from Slavic fairy tales. The hours are now indicated by the single eye at 12, with the pupil moving through the indicators for the 12 hours The running seconds is now indicated by the Monsters mouth, and the minute indicator is via his hands. This is housed within a 39mm steel case, and powering it is a Sellita SW266-1, visible through the sapphire caseback. It is mounted to a black leather strap with matching purple stitching, and a steel Louis Erard signed tang buckle. This particular example was delivered in October 2023 and presents in TZ Near Mint condition, with the case showing only the very feintest hints of any use. No nicks, scratches, dings or dents present. Please see images for full condition details. Strap is near-new, and has only been worn a handful of times.
