Description: This is a lot of 5000 Choice BU 1976-D Lincoln Cents. These coins are fresh, fully struck and full red. This opened bag is the only one I've personally handled. It seems a lot less available than 73-75 Denver issues as well as 77-81 issues. The 1976-D Lincoln is tougher to locate in the top grade than the aforementioned other Denver issues (and much scarcer than those Philadelphia dates.) High grade (sixty-six red) 76-D's have been bringing $200/+ in Great Collections auctions recently. For someone willing to do the work, perhaps there are candidates for submission to one of the respected grading services. Shipped USPS Priority Mail.
