One is missing the bracket supports which attach the the wall. Neither has been trimmed of even fully removed from the packaging. Lowe's might be able to trim these for you for free, but I would call them first because the Lowe's in this area would not trim them, stating that they would not as they are an older model with the string pull rope adjuster. They stated that their newer machines could not longer do it.
