Description: Lot of two 1940s Amber/Brown vintage whiskey glass bottles that were dug up in southern Virginia in Patrick county (one of the largest bootlegger history counties in the nation!). These bottles stand approximately 8.25 inches tall. The width is approximately 3.5” inches wide. The mouth is approximately one inch wide. The bottles are marked “Federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle” and “One Pint”. The bottoms are marked with D – 126-3484 and the other one has D9 6951. No chips or cracks on these bottles. There is some scratching and clouding, but some could be residual dirt on the inside that I just couldn’t get cleaned out. Enjoy this cool piece of history! I ship quickly from a non-smoking house and can combine shipping to save costs so please look at my other items for sale. Thanks!
