Description: I recently replaced a tankless electric water heater with a gas water heater and removed the 3 40 amp breakers that powered the electric tankless water heater. The tankless water heater had 3 heating elements and each element was powered by a Siemens 40 amp double-pole circuit breaker. New these breakers sell for $17 - $20 each Breakers worked well and never had any issues. I just don't need them any more after freeing up space in my panel. I have 2 breakers left.
