Sending orders and merchandise via the railroad was how business was conducted between Macon and Dawson. These date from the 1870's to the 1880's. Some pieces in the group are soiled. These pieces of ephemera were stored in top floor of the Macon hardware store building for over 100 years and show some dirt and soot stains.
