It measures approximately 19 inches to the top of the finial. The brass bass of the lamp 7 1/2 inches in diameter. It measures 16 1/2 inches to the top of the harp the finial is 3 1/2 inches. The shade is oval the bottom measures 10 x13 and the top measures 9 x 6.5 inches. No cracks or chip and the shade in very good condition to me.
