Map itself in VG condition: 4" tear along the fold on the upper left panels (see Image 7) with a small missing chip, small archival tape repair on the rear wear most compromised; other spots of wear along the creases, but not substantial loss or tearing; light age tanning, light rubbing wear to the outer edges. All in all a nice example with minor wear.
