The GL is used for corn, potatoes, etc. The TL is for cereal grains like wheat, rye, barley, etc. The HTL is used for liquification. Each of the other liquid enzymes (TL and GL) needs the HTL in correlation. So if you buy 4 ounces of GL and 4 ounces of TL. Then it is recommended you purchase 8 ounces of HTL! These work much better than regular powder amylase. You get about 20% better conversion of starch, and the HTL keeps it from becoming a goopy mess. Each grain enzyme does .35ml per pound of grain.
