Description: Lionel Atlantic Coast Line Steam Locomotive & complete 5 unit O/O27 Freight Train Set __________________________________________________ This is a used Lionel Atlantic Coast Line Steam Locomotive & complete 5 unit O/O27 Freight train Set. It is a complete train set and is in excellent condition. The track and transformer are also in excellent operating condition. Included in this sale are the following: 1 - Lionel #8902 2-4-0 locomotive, with a powerful DC motor with working headlight and lens. It runs in the forward and reverse directions, controlled from the transformer The 8902 was built from 1979 to 1982 and again from 1987 to 1990. 1 - Lionel Atlantic Coast lines 8 wheel slope back tender. 1 - Lionel #9340 Illinois Central Gulf 8 wheel gondola with a 3 canister load. This 9340 was built in January of 1979. 1 - Lionel #9339 Great northern 8 wheel boxcar.This 9339 was built in January of 1979. 1 - Lionel #9341 Atlantic Coast Line 8 wheel SP style caboose. This 9341 was built in January of 1979.1 - Lionel #0101 25 Watt HO hobby transformer with a direction / speed control, a 110 volt power cord, 2 conductor track power cable and a Lionel CTC track power connector for connection to the track. 8 - O27 gauge curved track sections.4 - O27 gauge straight track sections. 1 - Standard operating instruction booklet 1 - Track polishing pad I completely assembled the set and tested everything. The locomotive and rolling stock are all in excellent condition in both appearance and operation. There are minor playwear scuffs and they are dusty from years of storage, but the train operates easily and runs smoothly and quietly. The track does have some light rust and tarnish. I lightly cleaned them, made sure each track has 3 pins and the train runs nicely on these tracks. Overall, this is a great train set and is ready to set up and play with. I'm sorry, but I do not have any original boxes or manuals for this set, the standard operating instructions I am including with this set are generic operating tips and instructions.
