Description: A very nice, never run (except for my brief test-trial), Lionel 18564 Canadian Pacific CP 2380 Powered GP-9 with TMCC & RailSounds II for O gauge made in the USA in 1996.(Note: Runs on 027 style track just fine but O-31 or larger curves are recommended due to the engine length)This beautiful, sharp looking GP-9 diesel features a strong Pullmor motor, 4 wheel drive with strong Magne-Traction, can operate under TMCC/Legacy remote control OR Conventional transformer control with 3 Position (Fwd-Neutral-Rev) electronic reversing, metal frame, railings & trucks, directional headlights, Flashing (or steady) cab roof beacon, RailSounds II provides diesel motor / horn & bell sounds, remote operating electro-couplers (in cmd mode) and sharp Canadian Pacific colors & graphics.**Note: The cab roof beacon light can either be flashing or steady on as set by the engine feature code. Currently it is set to "Flashing"...but if you plan to run conventional and desire a "steady on" roof beacon, I can change the engine feature code before I ship...just add a note when you pay** (Engine feature code 5=Flashing; feature code 6=Steady on)I lubed the gears & rollers, replaced the magnetic couplers with electro-couplers and then briefly tested this engine on my layout in both conventional and TMCC modes and the motor, engine reversing, all lights and RailSounds worked great! This engine comes with the original box, foam insert, Cab 1 overlay & Lionel instruction manual and I will wrap & pack with care prior to shipment.
