You must pay for return post costs and take reasonable care of the items being returned. All items must be in original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on items where the packaging is unsealed or damaged. If you want to return the item because you no longer want it please do so within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unused) and with original tags and packaging. Once we have received the item back we will then process your refund less the original post costs. If the item was purchased with Freepost then the refund will be given less the Royal Mail postage price for that item. If the item is not in resalable condition (eg. Item or packaging has been damaged) we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace packaging or deduct a fee from your refund if the item is devalued. If you have purchased the wrong size or item and wish to exchange it, we will happily do this (depending on stock availability). All postal costs for the exchange must be incurred by you. We cannot accept responsibility for goods returned that are undelivered to us. Please keep your proof of postage in case required.
