The retort seal is shot. We temporarily laid a sheet of rubber over the retort to open and close the lid for programs. We were able to move fluid in and out of the retort and vessels. There is also little to no sign of internal leaks. We contacted Leica to replace the seal, but they believe the seal must be installed by a Leica technician and would not sell a replacement seal to us. We removed the reagent vessels (processing bottles) so if you need some bottles, please contact us. Notice: This processor has some cosmetic blemishes.
