This mouthpiece has a semi-round rim that is comfortable and wide enough to offset lip swelling. The cup is medium shallow and bowl-shaped. The throat is tight and sharp to help with quick articulation and a brilliant sound. Slotting with the Falcone is excellent. It is kept in stock in the Power blank, which is efficient but has enough mass to produce a solid core of sound. The unique design of this piece was created by combining Mr. Falcone's personal rim and cup with the Legends enhanced #28 throat, throat cylinder length, and Legends T backbore. The Legends Falcone is suitable for playing any style of music, but it really excels with upper register/lead playing similar to what Mr. Falcone is known for. Currently, he is the lead trumpet player with Celine Dion at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, as well as on tour. He also continues to perform with Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns at The Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and with the hit musical "Jersey Boys" at Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
