Description: What appears to be either a vintage '70s or '80s guitar shoulder strap or a boutique shop one-of-a-kind strap. I've never seen another one like it. It measures 49" end-to-end as it is currently arranged at the shortest length for those whose heights are typically between 5'6" and 5'10". There is an additional strap hole that instantly reduces three inches off by inserting the button through it instead of the hole near the tip. The width of the strap is 2" which is slightly wide and comfy on the shoulder. Not sure the type of leather that it is exactly, but it's real and even slightly smells like leather. Top is smooth, and the flipside is the "rough/unfinished" side but soft though sort of "suede-like". The strap has an interesting monogram logo "a.s." [but without the dots] which is either the brand/shop logo or a custom-made strap with someone's initials on it. Pictures were taken with and without flash to give different light perspectives on its color...which is a solid-black ribbon holding the metal rings; faded black along the edges of the strap that transition (like a burst) to a light brown/dark tan color along the center. As far as I can tell, there is nothing "red" along the transition although it may appear to be there depending on the lighting as it is only an optical illusion.
