It has three compartments inside, one of them has a zipper. Also a small interior side pocket as well. It measures approximately 10 3/4" wide by 6" high. The handle adds about 7 1/2" in height. It is about 2" thick when empty. The embossed design is of small hearts and a herd of colorful horses. I see a small amount of scuff or wear on one lower back corner. Please see pictures for details.
