Description: Here we have a great Stiegel type salt cellar from the late 18th Century. This salt features a double ogee form bowl with a series of diamonds throughout, a short fat stem, and a pontiled circular foot. This example stands just about 3" tall and is in great condition without any chips, cracks, bruises, open bubbles, pot stone issues, etc. A great example that has survived for roughly 250 years!
