Description: In stunning condition, a mid sixties Lasita in very good condition, featuring the legendary Compressor case, renown as one of the best cases of the era. The photos tell the story. Dial and hands show some aging, certainly a lot less than you would expect from an approximately 65 year old time piece. The Compressor case was used in some big brands of the period, designed to be worn under all conditions and considered one of the best cases in its day. They were produced from the 50's trough to the 70's. The glass is new, fitted as part of the overhaul. The strap is new, quality. heavy duty, stitched leather, Duraflex brand, been on a wrist once and that was mine to take the pic shown here. The ETA 2391 Swiss movement is basic and very functional, beautifully finished in the legendary Swiss fashion. It has been professionally and passionately overhauled and performs faultlessly.
