Description: This parchment colored fiberglass lampshade in fantastic condition, no repairs required! Shades like this were popular in the US in the 1940s thru early 1960s, this shade is likely from the 50s. The leather string whip-stitch is in remarkable condition with no breaks. The lightl mark near the seam appears to be the same adhesive used to seal the seam when it was made. This shade can be used on a Table lamp or a Floor lamp. Large size. Overall width is 17" and overall height is 9". The large ring is 17" wide and 6.75" high. The smaller ring is 12" wide and 3.75" high (but ring height is offset to the larger ring). The leather string stitches are in VG condition all around. I will apply a gentle leather conditioner before shipping.
