I don't know if they are all from 2015 and 2016 but those are the two dates that I could see the most on the transformers. You are buying what you see in the pics. I am not an expert so I do not know if these are complete. I do note one or two seem to be broken. Parts may or may not be there. I don't know whether or not they are fixable..
