Description: A rare extremely beautiful large English solid sterling silver chalice or two handled cup. It is hallmarked for London 1815 with the makers marks being absent. It has been superbly designed being decorated with two angels around a vacant cartouche to its front and flowers to its reverse. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It is large measuring approx. 7 inches (17cm) tall to the top of the handles by 8 inches wide including the handles and weighs 402 grams, total silver weight i.e the base is not weighted.
