Featuring Deux Fleurs or two flowers, it is decorated with a pair of frosted flower blossoms, frosted as shown. Marked in acid etching LALIQUE FRANCE, condition is as shown -- there is no lid and the remaining stopper is stuck in the collar - I was not sure how to remove this, so will leave to the new owner.
