All our items are donated to us and therefore are in used condition unless listed as new. We always try to describe notable defects to the best of our ability but please understand that with used items some flaws may be missed or too minor to mention. All packaging is recycled as far as is humanly possible, so items may be sent in paper envelopes instead of plastic bags to help with this.
