Description: Up for sale here is this recap kit for the Kenwood GE-1000 equalizer. This includes replacements for all electrolytic capacitors in the GE-1000. This kit includes the following: BBD Board: 19 capacitors (Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL) Equalizer Boards:12 capacitors (Nichicon KL) Instructions The kits for the power supply and for the equalizers are bagged separately to make things easier. The capacitors are Nichicon PW and Nichicon KL caps at the same uf ratings and the same or higher voltage ratings. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild vintage gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is a little complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. Please see my pictures for details.
