Description: Natural Louisville Slugger M110. Condition as described elsewhere in this listing and shown in photos. A native of Seattle, Washington, left-hitting First Baseman and DH Kenneth Allen Phelps attended and played baseball for Arizona State University, and was selected in Round 15 of the 1976 MLB Amateur Draft by the Kansas City Royals, reaching the Major Leagues with that team in 1980. He subsequently played for the Montreal Expos (1982), Seattle Mariners (1983-88), New York Yankees (1988-89), Oakland Athletics and Cleveland Indians. Following his retirement as a player, Phelps served as Hitting Coach for the Double-A El Paso Diablos of the Texas League in 1995. Beginning in 2004, Ken Phelps began providing color commentary for the Arizona Diamondbacks, and has subsequently served as an analyst for Fox Sports. Ken signed this bat for me in 2008. Please note: Early in 2022, the U.S. Postal Service began adding a surcharge (now $18) to the cost of shipping packages over 30" in length, which is why the shipping cost of this bat is what it is. EBay and the U.S.P.S. calculate and fix your shipping cost - I do not. Local pickup in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area at no cost to the Buyer. Please advise of multiple purchases after payment and I will refund unused shipping charges to you.
