Measure around the whole head and behind the ears and across the top of the forehead. Modeling the wig is RILEY by Helen Kish. Her head measures 4.5" inches. The wig will work on her with a silicone cap which helps keep the wig on if not gluing the wig on. Otherwise, just a tad big for her. Could use needle and thread and add a couple of stitches to gather the band. Riley normally takes a Size 4 KISH wigs that were designed for her. Some of the other Kish dolls have a larger head.
