After the original run of The Justice Machine, created by Mike Gustovich, and published by NOBLE COMICS, ended, TEXAS COMICS published The Justice Machine Annual in 1983. The plan was for Texas Comics to soon afterwards debut two new series. One of The Justice Machine, and the other, 'Bill Willingham's' Elementals. Before publication, both series were canceled, as Texas Comics went out of business. The proposed Justice Machine #1 cover was published on the Inside Back Cover in a promo ad in the Justice Machine Annual #1, and also published as an 11"X 14" poster, which is included in the auction, plus a photocopy of the promo ad. All signed by Bill Reinhold The artwork was penciled by BILL REINHOLD and inked by JEFF DEE. It's drawn on 2 ply bristol board in india ink with brush and pen on 15 1/2" X 22" paper.
