If I see no flaws, I list it as NM, however it may be slightly better, or slightly lower grade. I never list above NM. I receive several hundred books every week so slight flaws may be missed. If you are preordering a book, I will always contact the buyer if any noticeable flaws are found and allow the buyer to cancel the order, accept it as is, or wait until I can replace it with a better conditioned book. I also participate in several eBay groups via social media with hundreds of comic book sellers and will not hesitate to report buyers to these groups if necessary to add to blocked lists.
