Description: According to my research, the hologram and slammer pogs (not including the 54 regular pogs, movie theater pog, or other related items) sold for $1,000,000 in 2016. Since then, several other sellers have attempted to duplicate this lucrative, yet very rare sale. To the best of my knowledge (and feel free to correct me if my information is inaccurate), nobody else has successfully sold the Jurassic Park pogs for $1,000,000 (complete set or not). I even attempted to contact this buyer who paid the $1,000,000 in 2016 to offer them the 54 regular pogs to complete their set but to no avail. So due to the predictable outcome of not selling for $1,000,000, I am willing to accept a lesser amount even though the confirmed value of these pogs was $1,000,000 in 2016. I'm also taking into consideration that this set is not 100% mint condition. Since 2016, global and national events have occurred that have negatively affected the value of many things as well as our financial resources. It is a fact that the value of anything is determined only by what someone is willing to pay. But are there really that many people out there with $1,000,000 to spend, specifically for Jurassic Park pogs? If so, feel free to let me know. All this being said, the purpose of this sale is to determine a current and more realistic value of the Jurassic Park pog set in 2024, again taking into consideration that this set is not 100% mint condition. These pogs have never been played and the majority are in excellent, if not mint/near mint, condition. A list of very detailed discrepancies of the pogs is available upon request. Several of these discrepancies are difficult to identify without thorough examination and/or cannot even be seen at most viewing angles with the naked eye under normal lighting conditions. Specifically, for the hologram pogs, there are several scratches on all of them (as seen in the pictures taken at very specific angles ONLY to present the most accurate and honest conditions). However, the hologram affect makes it challenging to see most of the scratches seen in the adjacent pictures. Each of the 62 pogs (54 regular pogs, 6 hologram pogs, 1 movie theater pog, and 1 slammer) will be shipped in their own individual baggie (in one shipping package) to preserve their current value and to prevent damage during shipping.
