This affects your rights to a refund should your free banner get lost in transit, arrive damaged, or misprinted, and your event date gets missed. Please do not buy from us if you have a deadline / cannot wait for us to correct any issues that arise / send reprints. We do not accept any liability for missed event dates. If your item has not arrived by the 4th day after order placement, let us know (at least 4+ days before your event date) and we will immediately dispatch a replacement as a courtesy. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS if event dates are missed due to shipping delays. We ONLY offer to dispatch the item promptly with the shipping method specified. That said, we always advise to test beforehand (wallpaper / fragile decorative paint may not work), as we disclaim any liability for incorrect installation or damage resulting from improper use. **We ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is a non-guaranteed tracked service with an advised delivery time of approximately 3 days. Please ensure you purchase your banner with adequate time for delivery (we recommend 7 days or more!), accounting for the possibility for any delays. Do not order with shorter notice unless you accept the risk your event date may be missed, without recourse on the free banner. Our banners may have minor / slight colour banding from the print process. They are shipped folded rather than rolled, however once unfolded, peeled and stuck on a surface, signs of this are extremely discreet / negligible. Furthermore, every effort is made to ensure the item arrives in excellent condition and as cost effectively ads possible. In some instances, the banner may bear some signs of impact during transit along its edge. We include a thin blank border on our banners intentionally to absorb any impacts, and in any severe areas this is intended to be trimmed away.
