The distressed flag in the design is inspired by a shoe Alaphilippe was using to race. The design was adjusted to fit the shape of the frame. The base color is a red to blue shifter flake which changes based on the viewing angle. The whole concept is a "Red, White and Blue" theme to celebrate his French Pride.
