Joker stopped making the 10" Nomad this is the knife taking its place and the main difference is 1" the Nomad was 10" and the URSUS is 9", and now 3/15/22 many of the original knives have been discontinued most of this series Joker is now making knives about 6" overall that is what their are replacing these with. in very Limited Quantities only 500 knives made this year. We got 2 more 3/1/22 and now sold-out, at manuf. This Joker CM-116 is the Beast of the Bush-craft series, it has the thickest blade 3/16" and widest 1 1/4" it looks like all of the others and again the blade being 3/16" is why and what I am pointing this one out to you.UPDATE; This is how Joker has the spec's for this knife now today 11/17/21, yet the CM-116 I have are 9" and have N695 BOHLER Blades. The alloy is what is wrong I have one in hand and the blade is BOHLER N695. this knife was made with both N695 Bohler and 4.116 GS Stainless, this is what / why there was / confusion about it.So now that I have totally confused you, the knives I have now are 9" overall with a BOHLER N695 Blade. Next all of this goes into a Black very High-Grade Leather Belt Sheath double-stitched and riveted one of the best leather sheath's we have seen, this entire package will last you and your son plus his son and so-on.
