Each steelbook comes enclosed in a protective plastic shell. Plastic shells have a very high probability of markings, scratches, scuffs, etc from previous transit, shelf life, etc. The shells are only in place to protect the quality of the steelbook itself. Returns will not be accepted for any of but not limited to the plastic shell defects mentioned within this listing.
