As a lecturer he filled of the of the largest theaters in New York Ciity fifty times for ten years which amounts to 100,000 EACH year. The 332 gloossy pages are all in like new condition. The book is profusely illustrated witt views (even glaciers), people and famous places in Norway, Switzerland, Greece and Venice, all in black and white.
