Description: Jazz Club Maison Martin Margiela Eau de Toilette 0.5/2/5/9mL Travel Size Sample Sprays ATTENTION: Many moons ago, this was one of the first fragrances I purchased, and after deciding to keep an ounce and sell the rest of it as I did some others a very kind buyer alerted me that it was very possibly a dupe—having now compared it with the bona fide original, I can say it does seem to differ just slightly, but to be totally truthful, it’s in a way I surprisingly prefer. The tobacco leaf and smokiness are turned down just the tiniest amount while the vanilla is cranked up a bit to make it into even more of a gourmand, making it lighter while sacrificing genuinely little of the depth, and despite being someone who loves their smokiness and has a sensitive nose to synthetic vanillas it passes my rigorous smell test, along with my expectations for duration and projection. The kind buyer felt it didn’t project or last very well, but in my experience I honestly feel it’s done great. No more than 4-5 sprays lasts for me minimum 6 hours on skin and 12+ on clothes, what I think of as average or even above average for an EdT. So, decide how you will, I personally just may value this even a little more than I would the original if it is in fact fake, I honestly still haven’t done enough due diligence to be able to tell but the buyer did seem very knowledgeable.
