IRWIN Vintage 1940's Dinning Room Suite. China Cabinet, Buffet,Table & Chairs

Description: A BEAUTIFUL "ROBERT IRWIN" VINTAGE DINNING ROOM SUITE.. 1940's SET ( approx 75 years old). COMES WITH THE BUFFET, CHINA CABINET, TABLE and 6 CHAIRS.. (2 of those are Captain Chairs) and (3) 11" wide table Extensions. IN The 40's this was a Very Expensive set. The quality of this set is rare. This set will catch anyone's eye.. It is Very Beautiful. Condition: There are a few minor nicks, see pic's The table top has a film ( I assume is age related). The buffet has one area that needs repair. The repair strips are in the drawer. The fabric on the chairs are in great condition, the cushion in the Captain chairs could be replaced. I believe this is all original in the chairs. The 3 leaf's have damage on the end. I have not attempted to repair anything, I feel that only a professional should touch such a beautiful set, Measurements: Table: 68 1/2" L. X 48 1/4" W X 28 1/4" H ( weight 100 plus (I have no way of weighing it) Capt Chairs (2) 22 3/4" L X 19 3/4" W X 37 3/4" H weight 16 lbs each Side Chairs (4) 20 1/2" L X 20 !/2" W X 37 3/4" H weight 13 lbs each Buffet: 80 1/4" L X 22 1/4" W X 37 1/4" H weight 100 plus ( I have no way of weighing it)China Cabinet: 38 1/4" L X 16 3/4" W x 76 1/2" H weight 50 - 71?? plus ( I have no way of weighing it.Table Extensions: 11" wide and 48 1/4" long. PAYMENT: Paypal prior to pickup or Cash on pickup. ( A TOTAL OF 12 PIECES. ) LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.. IT WOULD BE EASY TO TRANSPORT IN A SMALL UHAUL TRUCK.. This dinning room set is VERY heavy. You will not find a beautiful set like this every day it is about 75 years old. Quality beauty and elegance It would be easy to transport in a small UHaul truck. IF you want to ship it, there are a couple of creighter and freighters in the Atlanta Area easy to find on the internet. IF you want to figure your mileage, just figure from Mentone, Al.
