He was fully refunded including shipping. Another negative feedback was from a buyer who didn’t read the item description stating the bottom of the blade was worn so you can stop the blade with your finger. So, please follow eBay's suggestion and contact me before leaving negative feedback. Sometimes emails aren't delivered by eBay so please try at least twice...the 2nd time by "asking seller a question" on one of my current auctions. Negative feedback can make it so a seller will be limited or suspended from selling.
