This is the top of the line for Inzer "Poly" shirts.I got this in a deal recently from some chowder-head that took 3 (Hundred dollar) EHPHD shirts and cut the backs open on them. Well, since Inzer doesn't do repairs anymore, I did the next best thing and sent them out to renowned gear seamstress Ginny Phillips up in Maine who completely closed the backs again for 25 a pop. Anyway, she did a great job and it's fine for a training shirt. *The size tag isn't legible (Photo #2) but all items in this group of shirts this came with were all either 52 or 54 and this one is def a 52 ......or technically it might even be a 51 & 1/2!Not a big deal and this is fine for a beginner who wants to try a cheap high tech shirt before buying one worthy of some competition/Max lifts. Could also be good for an off-season training shirt, there's still lots of use left in this! Measure your chest circumference directly under your arm pits above nipples. Measure your arm/bicep circumference at the largest part. All measurements should be taken relaxed and unflexed. BENCH SHIRTS AND ERECTOR SHIRTSTo choose your own size in Erector Shirts, Standard Blast Shirt, HD Blast, HPHD, EHPHD and PHENOM: For first time users it is recommended that you add 2 to your shoulder circumference measurement to get your shirt size.
