Description: This is a great book with lots of information and historical pictures from the reconstruction era to the final days of the American Frontier. Starts with the Civil War and goes til the last days of the Frontier, 1890. Covers the Native Americans, the Immigrants, women on the Frontier. The Civil Rights Act of 1875, prejudice, racism and the Ku Klux Klan. The Cowboy, the Outlaws and the Lawmen. The Indian Wars and the Battle of the Little Bighorn. The Buffalo Soldiers, Geronimo and the Apache. Great pictures throughout!Book apparently sustained some water damage which mostly shows on the book cover and the first couple of pages and last couple of pages. Seems still in good condition though. I went through every page, all 96 of them. Still a great and informative book! Thanks for looking!
