Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018. Official licensed product. Never worn. Showing barely any signs of wear or handling consistent with its age. No condition issues to note. Has a thick clear coat over the enameled colors. In very good condition.
