Mini Cutter1. The tool is a designed hydraulically manually activated tool with two equal, opposite blades. The top blade remains stationary while the bottom blade comes up when activated for the purpose of cutting small objects.2. The body of the tool should be of anti-corrosive aluminum alloy forging for its lightweight, strength and long life. The cutter head is swivel capable for easy positioning.3. The maximum cutter opening is 1.5 inches. The maximum width and depth of cut is 1.5 inches.4. The tool will produce up to 17,000 pounds of cutting force.5.
