Before joining the academia, he worked for various NGOs and International Organisations, including UNICEF, WHO and ILO. He also worked in Senegal as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning of Tostan, a non-governmental agency internationally recognised for their work on social norms in West Africa.Calabash Dance Author Biography Ben Cislaghi is Lecturer in Social Norms at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
