Description: This is a wonderful hand carved Ruby Zoisite gemstone. It has a beautiful flower design and the gemstone is mostly all Ruby with a lovely shimmer. It hangs on a black cord necklace that is adjustable by the bead in the back. Ruby in Zoisite gemstones are found in Tanzania, with the largest deposits found at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Tanzania is the only known location to have Ruby Zoisite deposits, which is why the stone is so rare. This is a natural Ruby Zoisite gemstone and has naturally occurring inclusions and imperfections that are typically found in natural gemstones. Please examine all photos carefully. Photos were taken in natural daylight. MEASUREMENTS - This pendant measures 2-1/2” tall and 1-3/8” wide. It is approximately 9 mm thick at its thickest point. The necklace measures 24” long and is adjustable by the bead in the back.
