Description: This auction is for a huge, beautiful set of Wild north Idaho elk antlers. These are naturally shed antlers. And very fresh. No cracks or chews of any kind. #1 select grade antlers. See photos. This is a double main beam set of sheds. Really big and very unique. This set has a custom made metal peg mounting system that the antlers slide on and off of. That is included in the sale. So when you put them on the pegs, it holds the antlers in the natural position like when they were on the bulls head! So you can mount them on the wall. This was custom made by a taxidermy shop in north Idaho. And was $450 to have the custom bracket made. And is very heavy duty. So a real nice bonus with this set. Beautiful dark natural color on these. This set was rough scored at 364” with the natural 40” spread credit. This is my first attempt at scoring a double main beam elk set. So I may be a few inches off one way or the other. It is a massive bull! Just a Beautiful set. Both of the antlers self stand horizontally on their tine tips. So the set displays beautifully just about anywhere. This would be great for crafts, or display. Or whatever you’re needing antlers for. Shipping to the lower 48 USA states only.
