Description: Outrageously wonderful huge rectangular platter by T. R. Boote (Burslem, England). This is a very rare size in the pattern, "Tournay". Brown & white was the fashionable color in the Aesthetic style, so piece is very desirable for the transferware collector. Marked with English registration number 33645, which dates the piece to 1885. Mint condition!Dimensions: 18.25” x 13.75 x 1.5” Unpacked weight: 6 pounds, 6 oz. Condition: Excellent giftable condition. No visible crazing or discoloration. Transfer printing intact, with good color, no scratches or erosion. No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. No observed restoration or repairs.Always happy to pass through discounts on combined shipping.
