Description: As you may know, the headlight for the Honda NX250, NX500 and NX650 are no longer available from Honda. Now you can save your headlight and just replace the cracked lens with this tough acrylic molded replacement. It's not perfect, but it's a good alternative if you are a "Do It Yourselfer". See the pictures. Below are the steps. You are only purchasing the clear plastic lens. Headlight housing is shown for reference only. Here are the steps: Remove the broken glass lens and as much of the adhesive as you can. (Easier said than done!) Attach replacement lens using strong adhesive or silicone to secure the lens in place. Use black electrical tape to cover the gaps and make the black-out border. Only the front face of the lens is visible, as the rest is covered by the headlight fairing. That's it!
