Description: Holy Virgin Icon from Rila Monastery, 18th century hand-painted reproduction Icon is in excellent condition. It does show 2 tiny spots of wear near the top (see photos). It has been mounted into a contemporary frame. Overall measurement is 9" x 8", icon measures 4" x 5". This is an estate item, what little documentation there is has been taped to the back.
