Description: Product Details The Holmenkol Electronic Racing Waxer Ski and Snowboard iron is a World Cup proven professional grade waxing iron, featuring a digitally controlled thermostat and a built in digital display for precision and optimum application of waxes to your bases. The classic smooth base features an increased 15mm thickness to retain heat and offer an even dispersion of wax, with the slight gain in weight overall helping maintain constant regular contact with the ski base and beading the wax perfectly for spreading. The temperature is controlled by a micro-processor keeping it stable and within a very tight operating temperature of +/- 2°C. This makes it the perfect choice for specialist waxes that require precise temperatures or those waxes and treatments that require a very high temperature, to avoid risk of delamination of your skis or snowboard. The temperature ranges from 90°C to 180°C which is slightly higher than the Electronic RacingWaxer so that repair materials can also be applied carefully using this iron. The built-in digital temperature display ensures that you are always working at an optimum temperature, minimising risk of damage to your skis or snowboard too. The iron is ergonomically easy to use, featuring a cork handle, and a workshop level high quality rubberised long power cord.
