Description: Have a Athearn SD40T-2 from an estate. Locomotive was wired for DCC but does not run. Will read it has a decoder but nothing will function. Also shell is missing the dynamic brake hatch for shell. Engine appears new otherwise. Also appears to have all its detail parts just not 100% positive on handrails. Good project for a SP fan.
